Before production
The quotation sets out MOQ, sample charges, production time and delivery terms. Artwork, barcodes and packaging are reviewed with you. Production follows your written approval of the final specification and sample.
Inspection and visits
Pre-shipment inspection, including an agreed AQL sampling plan, can be arranged on request and priced per order. Factory visits and audits are arranged on request; they are not a standard service on every order.
Branded and private-label ranges
The Papilla catalogue is a branded range. A listed branded article is not a guarantee of private-label availability. Ask us to confirm the options for your programme.
