From brief to shipment
Five gates, each with a written approval. You always know which stage the order is in and what is waiting on whom.
Brief
Send an article reference, a competitor sample or a target price. We answer with the buildable specification: material, dimensions, packing format and the carton and pallet configuration behind it.
Sample
Pre-production sample in 10–15 days, with a printed artwork proof for the packaging. Courier tracking is shared the day it leaves.
Approval
You approve the physical sample, the print artwork and the barcode data in writing. That approval is the reference for the whole production run.
Production
Bulk against the approved sample, with progress reporting at the material, print and assembly stages. Inspection to AQL 2.5 before loading.
Shipment
A.TR, invoice, packing list and declarations of conformity issued with the goods. FOB, EXW or DAP to your distribution centre.

Packaging design & artwork
Dielines supplied in your format. We take your brand assets and produce print-ready artwork, or work from the artwork your studio delivers. Print proof before bulk, always.
Brand labelling
Woven and printed labels, hangtags, header cards, sleeves and shrink. Care labelling in the language set your market requires.
Barcode & article data
EAN-13 or GTIN applied per SKU and per outer carton, with the article master data sheet your ERP needs for goods-in.
Retail-ready packing
Shelf-ready cartons, display trays, mixed pallets and planogram-matched outer counts. Carton quantity set to your shelf rotation, not to our convenience.
Compliance file
Declaration of conformity, migration test reports for food contact lines, OEKO-TEX certificates for textiles, and the GPSR information set for the EU responsible person.
Documentation
A.TR, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared per shipment, so your broker never waits on us.
