Manufacturer-issued documents, coordinated by HakoExport.
Certificates and test reports are issued by the manufacturer or the relevant laboratory. HakoExport collects, checks and passes on the applicable documents. We do not use manufacturers who cannot supply the documentation required for the agreed product and market.
Confirm requirements per article
Tell us your target market, intended use and testing requirements. Food-contact, textile, chemical and general product-safety requirements differ by article. A certificate name on a category page is not evidence that every article holds it.
Export documentation
The agreed shipment file may include the commercial invoice, packing list, A.TR where applicable, and the manufacturer’s relevant declarations and test reports. Inspection reports are included when inspection has been commissioned.
Customs and product rules
Customs Union treatment depends on the goods and applicable conditions. Trade-defence measures and other requirements must be checked for the exact commodity code. Information here is indicative: verify the current TARIC position with your customs representative before costing a shipment.
