Every line we ship into the EU carries its own documentation set. Below is what applies to each product group and what you receive with the goods.

A.TR and the Customs Union

Industrial goods manufactured in Türkiye and in free circulation move into the EU at 0% customs duty under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, evidenced by an A.TR movement certificate. We prepare and issue the A.TR for every EU shipment, so no import duty falls due at the border.

Food contact — EC 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011

Aluminium foil, foil containers, baking paper and cling film are food contact materials. We ship them with a Declaration of Conformity referencing Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, and, for plastic components, Regulation (EU) 10/2011, supported by migration test reports from an accredited laboratory.

Textiles — OEKO-TEX® and REACH

Pet beds, blankets and soft accessories are produced with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics and fillings. Dyestuffs, coatings and trims are selected against the REACH candidate list, and certificates are issued in the producing mill's name, not ours.

General product safety — GPSR (EU 2023/988)

Since December 2024 every consumer product placed on the EU market needs a responsible person established in the Union, traceability marking and a technical file. We supply the manufacturer-side information set so your entity — or an authorised representative — can carry that role without gaps.
