14–20 µ foil in wide catering formats for foodservice, cash & carry and professional listings.
Heavier gauge for foodservice: it holds a fold, survives a hot cabinet and does not tear when a kitchen pulls a metre off the roll at speed.
Supplied in wide catering formats, in a plain or printed carton with or without a serrated cutter bar. Cash & carry buyers usually take the 45 cm × 150 m; central kitchens take the 50 cm × 200 m.
