Double-sided silicone-coated parchment, oven safe to 220 °C, rolls and pre-cut sheets.
Silicone coating on both sides, so the sheet releases whichever way the shopper lays it down — a small thing that generates a disproportionate share of product reviews.
Oven safe to 220 °C. Available in natural brown and bleached white; the brown is the stronger seller in the Benelux and German markets, the white in southern Europe.
Pre-cut sheets in a dispenser carton are worth quoting alongside the rolls: higher margin per square metre and a different shelf position.
