Flat mattress in hardwearing Oxford 600D, four sizes, recycled fibre filling available.
A flat mattress for crates, car boots and larger breeds, cut from Oxford 600D so it survives claws and repeated loading. No bolster means it stacks flat on the pallet — roughly a third more units per carton than a bolstered bed of the same footprint.
The filling is available in virgin or recycled polyester fibre; recycled content is declared on the specification and supported by supplier documentation when your listing requires a sustainability claim.
Cover unzips on three sides for washing at 30 °C. Piped edge in a contrast colour is available at no tooling cost.
